The 100-acre property includes 2x Ceremony locations and 3x indoor Function spaces, plus all the facilities required to cater for the needs of you and your guests, including 26 Historical Motel-style Rooms, Cellar Door, Tennis Court and a Swimming Pool.
Guests can enjoy the sites and beaches of nearby Shoalhaven Heads, Berry, Gerringong, Kangaroo Valley and Kiama, with the property offering off street parking for over 250 vehicles.

“Just the Venue” Package

Maximum 200 guests
Love the venue but want to make it your own? Our “Just the Venue” package is perfect for those looking to utilise our space with their own caterers. This package includes:
Onsite Ceremony with 20 white folding chairs.
Signing table & chairs
Wet weather venue with 20 white folding chairs
2 x Wine Barrels for function room or lawns
Function room for your Reception (5pm-11pm)
Access to Reception room from 9:00am on the day of your wedding
Timber trestle tables of various lengths to seat approx. 75 guests~
75 Banquet style chairs (no chair covers supplied)
Fully equipped kitchen (approved caterers only) with Caterers preparation area
All cutlery/crockery and glassware supplied (breakage fee applies)
Onsite Wedding Supervisor (on your wedding day) with RSA Bar Staff (1 per 50 guests)
Please note that additional costs will apply for alcohol, additional use of function spaces/rooms, additional hire of equipment such as wine barrels, and breakage of cutlery/crockery. Coolangatta Estate is strictly NO BYO. By booking “Just the Venue” Package, you agree to purchase all alcohol/beverages for your function through Coolangatta Estate in line with our Liquor Licensing.
